1. Who We Are

MBG Hotels is operated by Bloomberg Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "our" or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you use our digital concierge platform, websites and apps. For hotel account data we decide how it is used. For guest order data we process information on behalf of the hotel that guest is staying with.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address and password (stored only in hashed form).
Hotel information: property details, menus, prices, images and pages you publish.
Guest orders and requests: room number, items ordered, notes, chosen language and any contact details the guest decides to provide.
Technical information: IP address, approximate country and device details, used to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
Billing information: payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We receive limited details such as card brand, last four digits and billing country, never the full card number.

3. How We Use Information

To provide, maintain and improve the Service
To process subscriptions and send receipts and billing notices
To send service messages such as new-order alerts and account emails
To translate the content you publish into your guests’ languages
To respond to your questions and requests
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents

4. Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit how they can use it:

Supabase: database, authentication and file storage, hosted in the EU (Ireland)
Vercel: website hosting
Dodo Payments: subscription payments, invoicing and sales tax (merchant of record)
Resend: transactional email
Google: automatic translation of the menus and pages hotels publish
Apple: in-app purchases and push notifications in our iOS app

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. International Transfers

Bloomberg Group LLC is based in the United States and our main database is in the European Union. Some providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Data Retention

We keep account and hotel data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account from your settings; we then delete your data, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

7. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls that keep each hotel's data separate. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach where the law requires it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information
Restrict or object to certain processing
Receive your information in a portable format

9. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We may also use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use our website. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
